For over 25 years, Robert Kain has practiced as a registered patent attorney before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and before numerous federal district courts and various federal Courts of Appeals, including the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit which hears all patent related appeals. He has authored and published numerous articles on patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, computer law and domain name matters.
